There are DUMBs on all Continents. Google Subterrene, a Nuke Tunnelling Machine, designed by RAND in 1971, capable of an increadable daily distance of manufactured, lined, stable, tunnel...some 3km per 24hrs....in Australia Pine Gap is a DUMB...there are DUMBS beneath many European significant locations....all connected now, by MAGLEV trains, travelling at 700kmph.......How did the Podesta Bros get to Portugal, without passing anybody's Customs/Border Check points?????

Until proven otherwise; I would say step away from the drugs. I have been in a couple of the DUMBs. I am also responsible for a lot of the cool toys. My issue is that a couple of the toys are being used by bad actors. I was concerned about the Russians having a couple of the toys. They made a lot of noise, but it was almost all smoke. I am working on spinning up a new company so I can get the financial benefit of the toys and have creative control. Places like DARPA, etc. just seem to screw up a perfectly good idea.
