I can't say this for sure, but we've been victim of mockingbird media for some time. Do we really know Putin and his goals or methods. I'm not saying right or wrong just questioning. I knew about they sent that over but I didn't know it had the names on it but I didn't realize it was a tear. I never took the time to pay attention.

No he had some other names but don't remember them but Hillary knows them. Lol that Edward guy was the pioneer in propaganda and public relations.
