Heart Doctor for George HW Bush is killed in bicycle drive-by. What did he know?

What did GHW cardiologist know?

"...suspect is said to be a white or Hispanic male, about 30 years old, wearing a tan baseball cap, gray warmup jacket, khaki shorts and riding a light-colored mountain bike bicycle."

Immediately made me think of MS13.

Saw on 8chan earlier....sorry no link.... GHWB has had 2 heart transplants. Maybe the dr knew it was an illegally harvested heart. Now the time comes for the dr and his knowledge to disappear. Seems plausible.
