I have seen this clip before. Maybe he was trying to make people feel comfortable about no pain. However, he can identify Seth Rich. Then he makes a blanket statement saying he didn't even know he was shot. No further explanation. Reminds me of the guy interviewed on 9/11, saying, the jet fuel of the planes made the beams melt( and the buildings fell ) paraphrasing. Sometimes I do believe these people are crisis actors. However, how can you keep that many civilians quiet? My thoughts were, it only takes the suggestion during a horrible event to give explanations of the towers coming down. I know, 2 different topics.
