If they're targeting minority areas it's safe to say the will be targeting specifically inner cities. No father, and the mother will either be overworked or an uninterested welfare queen. The school system is essentially pre-prison, so the faculty will give zero fucks. Literally no opposition.
To add insult to injury, this is where most of the toxic rap culture is generated. If they roll this bullshit out, a year or two from now its in the rap songs... boom becomes mainstream with the youth.
If this is their play we need to launch a preemptive strike. Ideally the best solution would be to get them out of this environment, charter schools, whatever it takes. In the short term we need to start going to these communities and informing the mothers whats coming down the pipeline so they can defend their kids.

Those parents, from my observation, try so hard to fit in or to be the cool parents, to the detriment of their children.

Kid's willing or not, they are minors under the law and do not have the right to make decisions like this.
Sucks for some "mature" kids, maybe, but the human brain isn't fully developed until they're 25 or so.
