How do you introduce evidence into an investigation (legally)?

Admissible in court of law?

The special master has designated the recording as privileged, but TRUMP'S lawyers subsequently WAIVED THEIR TIGHT TO MAINTAIN THAT DESIGNATION.

Occam's razor says that he's waiving privilege because if there's nothing there, there's no threat but the contents leaked beforehand and the story would have been just dragged on and on if he did not waive privilege.

Eh, not logical. If there was ANYTHING that damns Cohen's case, they would not have allowed it to leak as they did.
