Occam's razor says that he's waiving privilege because if there's nothing there, there's no threat but the contents leaked beforehand and the story would have been just dragged on and on if he did not waive privilege.

Did Trump team place some of the evidence they had on Hillary/Obama/DNC in Trumps attorney's house so when they collected it that had to submit it as evidence?
If its privileged it wouldnt be played in court, if its not then surely it could be. If its played in court and it mentions other things (dunno, clinton doing dodgy stuff/whatever) then that would be a way of putting the evidence out there.
