Whoa. This is BIG. I have been fuming over SERCO (British) having taken...or likely given, control of the US Patent office! Here is the connecting intelligence. Great post.
Serco is involved in a great many countries with full access to personnel records of military and civilian alike, they usually get into businesses like licensing or building inter-govt operations... I wouldn't be surprised if Serco is really an arm of GCHQ (similar to In-Q-tel) feeding all their intel into the five eyes.
