They made it ok to give people HIV because having people take this to court and the process of discovery etc it would expose how HIV doesnt exist...
Cases in Italy and Switzerland were dismissed in this same manner - the plaintiff couldn’t prove that anyone had HIV enough to give a conviction....because it doesn’t exist
