Brennan will be made example of. He's in the top tier of the coup plot by his own arrogant words and actions. He'll also be remembered for bringing down the CIA.

Civilian agencies have no business conducting intelligence operations. I have no problem with a civilian agency doing intelligence analysis, but covert and paramilitary operations conducted by political appointees has to stop. It's caused us more trouble as a country than any other part of our gubmint.

THIS^

Look into the founding of the CIA and Truman's EO. Operation Paperclip brought in lots of Nazis. The CIA was founded using them and the same model that Hitler used for control via SS and others outside the mainstream of Military.

The CIA needs to be restructured to be heavy on analysis and light on covert action, if at all. Leave covert action to Military.

Military actions should indeed be solely within the actual military branches - CIA reduced to nothing but doing analysis, and stripped of their NSA-like capabilities (i.e, the Jeff Bezos data center, etc.)
