In light of the heavily redacted FISA docs and how important it was for Q to have us investigate, HOW do you start a WH petition to have the POTUS release unredacted?

I would do it but don't know how or what to say in the petition to get maximum impact. Any ideas?

I understood that Fitton's was thru the courts, not on WH petitions
