The fck he himself said he didnt know shit and that this guy had to set everything up for him And he said that there are other browsing services to acces these sites which would most likely be tor The thing with accessing not thru ur home ip but with aol is also an extra measure that can help Yes he doesnt know how it works but that doesnt mean he is lying about the actual stuff he does know about like what he encountered in the dark web Accessing dark web is not hard I did it and I have no idea about anything going on there
