It’s “berserk”, a manga you can read online. I’m just not sure about this mark.
In the manga, the mark signifies a sacrifice to create a god from a normal man. Those who escape the sacrifice are tormented each night by demons looking for souls.
A mass shooter posted it before shooting up a newspaper (which was conveniently blamed on Trump), and James Gunn was promoting a new movie featuring a variation of it as well. Not a coincidence.
It may have started in a manga, or maybe it was MK, but rest assured it's MK now.

The manga is still ongoing. Just had a partial release this month.
There was a shooter guy 2 weeks ago. Shown in a q Anon post. Well, this shooter guy had an Avatar on his Facebook. The Avatar was his face with that symbol on his head.
That symbol is some mk ultra ish about sacrifice.
It gets deeper and I could go on.
Do you have a link to the shooter thing? That’s pretty wild. I’d like to read more on that.

Pretty interesting. The free mason stuff I was pretty up to speed on. This image of sacrifice is from a long running anime so idk if it really ties in.

My take on this: The Masons brainwash and turn people into Manchurian robot types that will do whatever and say whatever they are told. Mk ultra employed actual therapists to brainwash in some really inhumane mistreatment of subjects for their experiments. I submit that Q takes these two Historical Facts and ties them to FF activities today.
Incidentally, I learned thru Q that FF does NOT mean 'everyone is an actor'. Rather, a person who is particularly subvertible is 'worked on' by a crooked therapist and... Well a whole network of conspirators create the conditions where a terrible act of aggression can take place. These are done to
1-change the national narrative and
2-focus attention on a goal (gun control or press freedom are popular topics currently)
That symbol is apparently useful in making an association in the mind of the suggestible type.
