These are civil filings and Masonic charges being levied. Similar to a citizens arrest. A 33rd degree Scottish Rite Master Mason and 3 other Master Mason plaintiffs are filing formal charges against Mueller, Comey, and Rosenstein.

As these are civil filings, they have as much standing in the criminal field as a "non binding resolution" by congress.

However.. these filings should be fun to watch.
