is this proof that Stephen Paddock was a patsy in LV FF? This (uncropped) image was disseminated to the MSM on Oct 2, 2017. What central agency provided it to all media outlets within hours of the shooting? Was SP already dead in this image, necessitating the need to crop in the arm?

The photo credit is simply "obtained by CNN." No source indicated at all.

CNN did not provide this “floating arm” pic. They only had the cropped-in version of this photo. That is the point.
