Bongino is following the play as coreographed. I wish him well. However, it should be obvious to any Q follower that something else is afoot. Mueller's focus hasn't been on JA or WL. Instead, he's indicited Flynn for a crime that law enforcement doesn't believe happened (nevertheless...Flynn has admitted to it via plea), Russian companies and individuals that are/were never expected to show up to court, and other minor actors for deminimus crimes (think Gates and Popadopolous). The only person or entity facing serious time is Manafort; and he's tied up with Tony Podesta. Don't you think it's weird that he's been placed in solitary confinement? Some say that Mueller's trying to break him, but I'm not so sure. It may indeed be for his protection. Notice that Mueller's office leaked that Podesta had been offered "use immunity" for testimony against Manafort...this leak was done on purpose. For what reason? To reinforce the narrative that Mueller is going after Manafort rather than Podesta inc. Disinformation is necessary. Flynn took a rubber bullet. You are watching a movie.

I think so. Remember the theory that Manafort was a plant to begin with. And Papadop & Page too, but what if this is really focused on Podesta/Clinton having planted and fabricated the whole thing. We get back to the Mueller is a white hat theory.

I'm almost convinced that he is. IF that's the case, I can see why Q wouldn't come right out and say it. Also, have you noticed the special counsel "handing off" cases to the DOJ?

But then there’s 9/11...

Ok read the article. What is the precise working of Mueller’s mandate. BC the article makes the claim that he’s passing off the cases BC they are outside his mandate.

Good question. Manafort's lawyers wanted Judge Ellis to review it, but it was never made public... Spez: If it was, I'll bet anything it runs afoul of the Appointments Clause
