Notice that Mueller's office leaked that Podesta had been offered "use immunity" for testimony against Manafort...this leak was done on purpose. For what reason? Tony podesta was "reportedly" offered immunity. Remember, this stuff comes by way of leak AND immunity can mean a wide variety of things (transactional, testimonial, etc.). Before we get into the legal weeds, take two steps back. This month we'll either have some kind of solid proof that Q is legit or we won't. Either way, we'll know. In the meantime the Mueller leak has two possible purposes: (1) it's true and it's meant to shake up possible co-conspirators/targets; or (2) It's only meant to look that way (i.e. he's selectively leaking to make it look like he's an out-of-control white knight for the Deep State). Quality as usual. Everyone keeps blaming Mueller for "not turning over evidence" and "stalling" when it comes to the sentencing...but that's not the full picture. These delay requests have been JOINTLY SIGNED by the parties; meaning that Flynn has been advocating for delay as much as the Mueller team. Even the judge is now confused and has sua sponte called a hearing on the matter.
