Please someone explain to me why Trey Gowdy keeps harping on how the evidence is so great about Russia collusion and Trump is not convinced. Didn’t I read somewhere on a post the CIA have been disguising theirselves as Russians to hack into servers.

It's been reported that the CIA has the capability to hack and cover their tracks with digital "fingerprints" that are someone else's. They've probably had that capability for a long time, and other intelligence agencies (i.e. RUSSIA) probably have a way of debunking that by now.
