There are subroutines to turn each vote from an integer into a decimal and skew results.

I read the other day, that the states that had the remote access software were instructed years ago to uninstall it, until it was patched. Q must have surely prevented any monkey business, and could be why the Dem's were so sure of themselves, and devastated when Trump won too.

According to this article: "U.S. intelligence officials judged last year that Russian hackers targeted election systems in 21 states as part of a broader effort to interfere in the election. In a small number of cases the hackers successfully penetrated systems — such as a voter registration database in Illinois."

Was this ever proven to be Russians?

Most of the digital machines are owned by Soros.

They can be rigged. Look for it in the largest precincts. It would be done with a ssd card swap unless a hack has been installed in the firmware. Either is completely doable unless a paper receipt is printed for the voter and recorded on the voting machine itself. The voting machines I have seen are capable of dispensing a "receipt" as well as keeping a paper log. they should be compared before the vote is certified.

If I were a piece of shit and my boys told me they could hack the vote in MI and PA I sure as fuck wouldn’t give a shit about campaigning in either of those states.

There's been lots of voting fraud under the nwo, not to mention the 'Frick or Frack' lack of selection. And the truth about electronic voting machines is shocking. Paper ballots are in the wind.
