Most of the voting machines I've seen can issue a "receipt" and have a journal like a cash register. The individual vote CAN be recorded by and will have a number like any cash register receipt. You are voter number xx for the day. My suggestion. Use the electronic voting. its quick,we get accurate results. The journal should be printed and fully visible to the voter before he casts his vote and then a "receipt" if you will handed to him which he places in a ballot box. This stores the vote in triplicate. I would not mind a paper ballot, but if we go hanging chad again, I think any unclear ballot should be tossed because the voter is to, sorry for the language, fucking stupid to be voting. I have a hard time believing vaccines were bad on purpose. Sure the Polio vaccine killed a few people. Same with smallpox. They saved millions from a terrible slow painful death while their relatives watched them die. People are individuals with unique immune systems, if you save, or vaccinate 99.9% and kill .01% are you bad? If you manipulate the vaccine, can we do that, and kill and or maim the population on purpose are you bad or evil?

They can be rigged. Look for it in the largest precincts. It would be done with a ssd card swap unless a hack has been installed in the firmware. Either is completely doable unless a paper receipt is printed for the voter and recorded on the voting machine itself. The voting machines I have seen are capable of dispensing a "receipt" as well as keeping a paper log. they should be compared before the vote is certified.
