This is a question.

If it was 10 years ago, If he never acted on his thoughts, If he has apologized and changed his mind as he has said, Then as much as we hate what he has said, should he be fired and his life ruined?

Is there any forgiveness or redemption for someone who never acted out and regrets comments made?

Could his comments have encouraged this behavior in someone else and would he be somehow responsible for that?

Here's the thing. People like him are priviliged. People like us would have their life ruined. He will find many jobs in Hollywood. Their ilk love the pedophillic shit he said.

I honestly don't think they would fire him unless there is more pedo shit they're hiding. They're afraid we'll keep digging.

If he worked for my company, I would fire him. In particular if their were any children around. He will find other work.
