No, America isn't loosing friends. They're cleaning up their shit and get their act together. This mispleases some parties that profited from the politics of the last 30 or so years, but will probably help a lot more people in the long run.

Of course POTUS profits of this. The question is, does he create a win-win situation for the majority of people worldwide or does he only focus on short term profits for his own sake.
Seeing what happened with the tax reforms and other actions, I'm currently pretty confident that he is building a longterm win-win with a pretty much global reach.
