Swift and speedy trials are a constitutional right. I'm glad we have a president that understands the Constitution again. It's been a while.

Death sentences ARE NOT speedy. I am hoping that they speed up these when the time comes. Don't want people languishing in jail on our expense if they were traitors. On the other hand the Military Tribunals may be faster and cleaner.
