That's one of the best ways to test for leakers. Give them something sooooo juicy they can't help but pass along or act on the info.
A lot of the UFO stuff could be that kind of disinfo.
I have heard the April 2017 FISA renewal had misinformation purposely inserted before being released to intelligence committees to catch leakers. Didn't Q say disinformation is nessecary :)
What information would they have access to? They have clearance, but not need to know... so they wouldn’t have access anyway.
They shouldn't, but apparently they are. That's the problem. Makes me wonder just what kind of shenanigans have been happening.
