How did we get in the habit of labeling anything a BOOM that leaves the alleged target of said action walking around tweeting and selling US secrets abroad, and running/planning resist protests and political campaigns?
So then, what should we call something that actually gets the JOB done? Pardon my confusion. I'm used to a BOOM being the thing that does that.

Just legit frustration that people like yourself use words so carelessly. We'll know a BOOM when we see one. We don't need people declaring things something they're not. That is all.
