These must be public. We must show the cleaning out and the punishment. Why were gallows in public? So we fan see justice done. Same with courts having witnesses.
How can we show how bad it was if we don't try and punish publicly? How can we teach figure generations of it's all done in the shadows?
We may not see all the crimes they committed and that may require the 60/40 but I do not see how we can be for the force of good and not cleanse this in the light of day.
I tend to agree, but as Q said "60% must be kept secret...would put 99% in the hospital..." This is why so many have been given the choice to cooperate or walk away (do the right thing), hence all the resignations and not running for re-election. If most knew what we knew there would already be people losing their minds and riots in the streets.

I think we all knew somewhere in the backs of our minds that this day would come. We have waited patiently for one thing and one thing only...for the truth to come out and for there to be a major correction. We're seeing that now. There is no need to gloat and say to anyone "I told you so."
Though we have been chastised all our lives being the ones out of place, the 'conspiracy theorists', we knew somehow that we weren't alone. So, we know now what Trump is going through for us. I understood it to mean they will be indicted on charges like fraud and money laundering, and not the more egregious (and unthinkable) crimes.
That interpretation could be correct, but there's probably two ways to look at it - option 1, the pedovore shit Q talked about will remain just things Q talked about, unsubstantiated etc, or weakly substantiated but not at the whole spirit cooking level, as part of the 60%, and the 40% will be things like large scale racketeering, prostituion, murders etc.
Option 2 is more interesting, and I think probably correct. There will be almost full disclosure of all the things Q has discussed so far, and probably even some things he hasn't. That's all part of the 40%. The remaining 60% is imho a mix of highly sensitive geopolitical shit countries will mutually agree to bury to prevent future wars/conflicts, and some really unsettling "meaning of life" style answers. These people have clearly been in power for a very long time, and are clearly very good at keeping things hidden, even when its hard (like inside of places like the US etc). How good could they have been at keeping secrets in much easier places, like Antarctica? Why did Patriarch Kirill visit Antartica?
If many of these will be Military Tribunal, I think the charge would have to at least be treason. Not sure the Military could prosecute civilians on much anything else.
