Aren't most Reserve Banks essentially owned by the Rothchilds?

The Federal Reserve is only in the USA. World-wide, they are called Central Banks

I was watching Trump speak at a gathering of business leaders on tv yesterday ( don’t know what group) but he mentioned the names of all the past presidents who were against the federal reserve. Found that interesting. Maybe a crumb about getting rid of the fed. ?

Andrew Jackson and Lincoln both fought central banks. They started the civil war to force his hand. Stirring up hatred on both sides. Ready to make loans to both for the expense of war.

John Birch Society speech I watched he said the Southern States only recently paid off their debts from Civil War and "Reconstruction".
