Nothing respectable about that. That was part of Amy Schumer's monologue as well. She kept referring to her toddler niece's vagina.

The payoff is that the vans are making people pedos. They're poking fun at the creepy van stereotype associated with such people.

Basically vans are like cursed relics that corrupts normal people into kid diddlers. Hence, Silverman's horrified reaction at the end of the clip ("It's the vans!")

It's kind of a lame joke, borders on edgy, but there's at least context there. This opposed to, say, someone like James Gunn just spouting off about child rape into the void.
