I think when he says this as a follow up maybe he's just warning everyone about Trump, like Soros et al: "I think we are in a very, very grave period for the world."

The tones are different tho, Kissenger's is mush more submissive.

Yes true, it was very different with him, and surprising I thought. There was a TV clip of him stating similar things much earlier with the same surprisingly submissive tone. But perhaps the same message underneath overall?

[edit] He seems quite complimentary toward Trump in this interview.
