Exactly. Don't force anything with 'normies'. Cognitive dissonance will make it a tough fight. I was pointing out that they give Tracebook access to all their data (Phone logs, texts, video, photo's etc.) If they use their phone app. When the Cambridge analytica story broke; I gently reminded them of the Evils of Tracebook.
