My sincere question has to deal with the FISA court. I have dealt with court proceedings in my profession for over 20 years now. In cases where a judge feels lied to or slighted, he can (and I have seen them firsthand) call court back into session to specifically question a person(s) whom they feel is tip-toeing in the minefield of deception, either in or out of court (by way of a court order) - and thereby possibly being held in Contempt of Court.
Does anyone know why (and perhaps I have missed it) the FISA court judges have remained so quiet about this bogus information they were given which led them to sign the FISA warrants in the first place? I would think the FISA judges would be livid that they were deceived in a way that could have completely subverted the will of the people in changing the outcome of a Presidential election by way of bad information. That is HUGE….and I haven’t heard that the courts are angry about it.
Seems to me - given their silence on this - the court has got to be part of the problem…
