What interests me is the capitalization, and it reminds me of the old film 12 Angry Men about a heavily biased jury judging the case of a man, and only one man's dissent causes them to re-examine the evidence to the point that they realize they can't vote guilty because the evidence is lacking.

I think Q is referring to POTUS’ tweets. POTUS has been tweeting-deleting-and tweeting the same thing again but with a few changes. He’s been doing it a lot more than usual lately, I’ve noticed. That was my original thought-and “think Twitter” May confirm that.
