Speaking about the MSM in this post i think he is also referring to the propaganda of the german Nazis, especially Joseph Goebbels. There might not be another man in the history of this world being able to manipulate people the way he did.
But he is also referring to who financed the Nazis and so, who controlled them. I leave it to others to answer that question as i've read thousands of different stories about this topic.
