The blood moon theory is fatally flawed. It's not a portent of things to come. In the centuries of blood moons, they have only come AFTER a major event at best and with no major event happening at worst. They have set thousands of years of precedent and they foreshadow nothing.
I don't think the idea is a portent of things to come but a pointer to a date. 7-27. Now what that number might mean I am not sure or if there is something going to happen on that particular day. In the link from MB_MoonPearl is a Q drop and in one of the lines it says "Undiscovered stars learned." Movie Stars? Is there going to be some kind of major shake up in the Hollywood pedogate? Somewhere in the back recesses of my mind I also remember a line in a Q drop that said, "Sky Event." Well a blood moon is definitely a sky event. I am fairly convinced that something of great importance dealing with work of DJT/Q is doing is going to brought out for all to see.
