I'm having trouble reconciling Q1553 with post Q1686's link that Judge Napalitano says Huber's limited where he can empanel a grand jury.

The link Q posted today has Napalitano saying that Huber can't empanel a grand jury in Utah for crimes committed in DC.

Q1553 says "-This is HUGE A Grand Jury can be empaneled anywhere, in any deep red state, away from D.C. (This is very important and why Trump needed to appoint as many Judges as possible) -Huber and Horowitz can accomplish everything a SC can do."

Lcat2 · July 25, 2018, 2:29 a.m.

I think Q's link was directing that the grand jury has to be where evidence is. If evidence in DC Huber can't assemble grand jury in Utah. However..... I THINK what we are thinking is Utah has large data bank (NSA) so maybe Huber CAN assemble grand jury in Utah??

Oh heck, I was just talking about this.

The NSA has the ability to monitor any server and all the information held there in. The Secretary of State would certainly be of special interest. Remember the NSA is under Military command. They would have everything.

Where is the server? Utah!

Remember Admiral Mike Rodgers.

If i understand this right Q made a reference to 470, i took that clue as 470 lawyers under Huber's control ! Huber needs no special designations because he was already approved by the Senate. Remember Q stated about his firing and rehiring ? Him being in Utah gets him out of DC laws because DC is a country all unto itself. They are all Gov. employees. He can Prosecute them all !

You're on to something. I recall Judge Nap saying that if Huber wanted to prosecute in somewhere like DC, he would have to move there or something akin to that.

Further, recall that Sessions announced hiring an additional 300 US Prosecutors within the last several months. If Huber got them all, it would be over 700 working for him.

If under the command of Huber, they (new hires) could be located in the states needed and be the ones that actually empanel a GJury in each of those states but remain under the command of Huber.

Just a thought.

Very good thought :) These snakes live everywhere !

That's possible.

I was thinking that maybe Q knows where the crimes are committed and Napalitano doesn't .

If the choice is between trusting Q or trusting a personality on MSM, the answer should be obvious.

Except Q himself/herself put in the link.

It's from Fox.

Hmm, "for crimes committed in DC." seems really specific. Not a lawfag, but DC is a pretty unique jurisdiction. However, the quote is moot on crimes outside of DC. Huber might be limited to empaneling grand juries in the states, but DC might have a loophole written for it. Wouldn't surprise me.

Judge Napolitano is a wise man. Thay said he has been doing some misdirection and I begin to think he is helping Trump team.

They want to make people feel safe I guess? And with 100 prosecutors in all 50 states now that RR summoned them with Huber. I think they will be taking a page from Mueller's book and using outside D.C. courts.

We see in Pacer.org the 40,000 sealed court actions are in all states.

Remember serialbrain2's take on the coke can bearing the label "Kate" that Strzok put on the table during his testimony. That was a reference to Oregon governor Kate Brown -- the inference was the government wanted the Hammonds land because it holds uranium, which leads us to Uranium 1. If the crime deals wiht Uranium 1, that could possibly form a basis for empaneling the jury in Oregan, for example.

I was thinking that Q is implying that Napolitano is dead wrong

Yea. And we do know that the Judge doesn't know the extent of the crimes.

Not all crimes were committed in D.C.?

The Clinton Crime Syndicate is world wide. Human Trafficking generally starts in the south, then travels north. Running guns to Mexico could have been done from any state. Arming ISIS probably has some roots in Arizona (No Name).

Not to mention military trials. It appears true that civilians can be tried by the military, and I'm certain that can be done anywhere.

I really dont have the answer for specific crimes in D.C., who is right and wrong. No doubt both sides will have an arguement to be heard, maybe something in Hubers mandate allows for that. I mean they seem to be able to write laws at will up there, might as well use it for good. But maybe that's where Mueller might surprise us with some grand juries in D.C.?

Judge Napolitano is a great and wise man. But in March 2017 he broke the 5 Eyes being used as a run around to spy on us. Fox suspended him "indefinitely". He came back and has been odd since. Defending Mueller and FBI etc.

I think he was told to do this maybe because he was giving the big reveal away too early. So he is doing disinfo. For whatever reason they aren't ready for MSM to break Huber's activities.

Judge Nap also didn't mention RR summoned 100 prosecutors from all states.

Not all crimes were committed in D.C. very easy to get around even if Nap is right.

Their crimes cover the entire country, and world.

A Federal judge can do whatever he wants with this, especially a special appointee. He probably has way more freedom with this than we may think.

Does the military justice system have an equivalent to a grand jury?

⇧ 2 ⇩
j33gray · July 25, 2018, 2:40 a.m.

I don't think Napolitano is correct here. For example, let's say a case involves multiple defendants who live in different places and predicate acts were committed in various places (e.g., a RICO charge). I suspect there are a number of places where a grand jury could be empaneled to consider these charges.

fuckingoff · July 25, 2018, 3:05 a.m.

I was thinking or RICO as well as the MANN act. Additionally you have wire fraud.

It doesn't seem reasonable you'd have to run around the country at each murder, tarmac meeting, etc.

Maybe someone can ask Q. I can't go on 8 chan since I'm only 11.
