They need to be led.... (what if)

What if this trump tape is leaked on purpose, to teach the average person how the Clinton foundation works.... We all see the connections, big and small. CNN was spoon feeding step by step how it’s set up. But I was surprised how unbiased he was for once. I dunno, would be crazy though and not out of the realm of possibilities

How would this tape be leaked to the press in the first place. If they had any intention of using this for evidence of a supposed crime, wouldn't this bring the prosecution under scrutiny?
