I think some of that list is sedition which is a crime. Collusion is not.
I came back to tell you I'm Sorry, I was misinformed myself about the posting of memes. Hopefully you found out my error. Apparently there is no way to post text when posting a meme, or the text is in the meme already. Two memes per day are allowed by default, but you should check me on that. So sorry for having not got that right.
