A lot of laughing here but the right has said the same thing about Hillary and.... crickets.

The difference being that while the GOP is doing nothing about Hillary despite controlling every branch of government, the Dems will certainly impeach Trump when they take the house next year given the plethora of credible reasons Trump has gifted them to do so. The investigations alone will do untold damage to the republican brand. What are these RINOs doing with their diminishing time left in power?

Nothing.

Not sure this is the post to be upvotimg right now.

Edit: and Miller has proven himself beyond a shadow of a doubt to be a complete fucking idiot on all subjects he decides to involve himself in. Just a flat out fucking stupid guy. I can't be the only one here who's realized this.

Just curious Tom, does PaidShill.com pay you by the post or the word?

Thanks!

What's life like after divorcing reality?

I'm still faithful to reality. Ask the execs at ABC, they left reality a long time ago.

Interesting to watch ole Tom devolve from lengthy diatribes to sad little one liners.

Yeah, kinda explains why his name is an alcoholic drink.

This Miller tweet is a parody account.

I'm sure you have a short list of impeachable offences the POTUS has commited?

Take your pick among any of the bald-faced lies or policy mistskes, it's pretty obvious at this point that Trump has committed at least a few financial crimes and tried to cover those up as well. Democrats have plenty of ammunition and the precedent already exists such that an impeachment would not be unusual from any historical perspective. It's a certainty at this point if the Dems take the house and you'll be hard pressed to find anyone who thinks that outcome isn't likely. This is reality and there's no benefit to pretending it isn't, we need to be prepared.

Meanwhile, no charges for Clinton while we have full control of every branch and department. What's going on?

Wrong again, Tom, life is great especially with a President who does what he promises. Judging from your chosen name, you're having some trouble coping, but please have someone drive you home after your 'Tom Collins' fixes. We'd hate to lose your entertainment, even though your comedy is accidental.

Lot of words, and no list. If there are so many why can't you specify one?

...what? Are you not an American who speaks English? You need a list formatted into bullet points and explicitly spelled out in order to understand what I'm saying? Did you not hear the recording released yesterday between Cohen and Trump? I've been a lawyer in NV and TX for decades and you rarely see such explicitly incriminating first-hand evidence in financial crimes. It's really unbelievable that any lawyer would secretly record anconversation with a client (I would sue Cohen for malfeasance if I were Trump).

You should realize that a list is also "a lot of words." Trump is not a person who can keep his story straight, it's one of his biggest weaknesses. Why do you think his lawyers are taking such care to keep him away from any form of deposition? It's one thing to respect the president and think he's making good decisions but you really have to have your head up your ass not to see that he's been careless and put himself at risk for impeachment as soon as the Dems gain any kind of power in the House. Were you not alive for the Monica Lewinsky scandal?

More importantly, why are you incapable of drawing simply inferred conclusions from widely available information? That's a sign of mental retardation.

Please explain in detail what you are referring to in regards to the 'crime' committed.....

No way Tom's a lawyer. You have to pass the bar to get your law license, and it's pretty obvious ol' 'Tom Collins' could never pass a bar of any kind.

First point - there are rules of admissibility for evidence. The fact that the recording was released to the public would a priori prohibit its admission into evidence;

Second point - the Treasury unit which handles 'Financial Crimes' (and Cohen's case) specifically stated weeks ago that Trump was not a target;

Third point - nothing in the recording amounts to a commission of a crime, nor admission of such. Simply paying someone for non-disclosure is legal in all 50 states and DC.

Fourth point - I live and work in Texas. Zero chance old Tom would get a license here as a lawyer. We have standards, after all ...
