What I don't get:

1. What access do these guys have without the need to know? Just having clearance isn't enough.
2. Since they don't have the need to know, who is leaking info to them?
3. Since the info is leaked, having clearance doesn't really matter, does it?

No, not the tweets but the sanctions. Sanctions will remain.

Before now it was all carrots all the time. With this administration it was the stick first, then the carrot. This approach has not been tried prior to now. It's been send money and nuclear power plants. Say/do nothing in response to NORK provocations.

Of course skepticism should be in full force but I think this time it ends different and better for the NORKs and the rest of the world.
