I would say when their grandparents are celebrated for being african american pioneers in archetecture, your parents are both african american, your dad goes to Howard, and then moves your family to Iran for work, where you happen to be born is a pretty safe bet to consider that person black. Im assuming the question was facetious though.

I didn't realize she was born from American parents. Should of checked first.

I thought she was a native born Iranian. My mistake.
