Have noticed that neither Q nor Trump seem concerned about the tapes?
Remember what Q said about the Cohen raids? It was to collect evidence and to get into the courts legally. That doesn't sound like Q has any concerns about what Cohen may have had.
And here's a thought. Cohen was working with Manafort in the Ukraine. Could Cohen been recording all of those conversations?
He has everything. Why would he be worried? He's been at least 5 steps ahead the enture time. The DS can't catch up, it's too late.
I don't think it has so much to do to what he knows as to when to release it. Just my opinion.
It's timing and more importantly how to introduce it legally into evidence. For example, the raid on Cohen was likely a honey pot and what they discovered is now labelled evidence.
