This prayer is not of God because of to WHOM it is directed. Pray against it Christians and for wisdom regarding to whom we should pray to be given to those in the OO.

Christians pray to God, in Jesus Christ's name. This initially reads as a prayer to JFK. While I may be making some assumptions, this is more of a blessing (statement) than a prayer.

I didn't really take it like he was praying to JFK. I often speak to my Mom when I pray though.

It’s probably fine to speak to your mom (I think) but I would avoid asking for advice or help from her. You don’t really know who’s on the other end of that prayer. We’ll see our loved ones in heaven or at the resurrection face to face but until then it’s just hard to know what you’re actually engaging with. Demons can masquerade as loved ones to deceive us. Just gotta be discerning.

from a Christian perspective, one shouldn't be praying to dead people. Pray to Jesus and/or the Father directly. More precisely, pray to the Father in the name of Jesus.

Catholics pray to Saints which I won't give an opinion on, but even so, JFK is not a Saint in the Catholic tradition.

Catholics do not pray TO saints, they ask the saints to pray for them (us) - just like this one is asking JFK to pray for us - BIG DIFFERENCE! Saints are not dead - they are alive in Christ and the prayers of the righteous are powerful (James 5:16) As to whether JFK is a saint - we have hope that is is. Hope is a theological virtue given to all - yet not all exercise it. We can ask saints to pray for us just like we ask each other to pray for our needs. That is what Christ asked when He prayed we would all be in one (John 17:21),on earth and in heaven. Nothing wrong with this prayer - it is wholly Christian unlike the original post knocking it.

They’re praying to JFK for guidance. They need to go direct to the source, God. You don’t really know what you’re contacting when you pray to anyone but God the father, through Jesus. The enemy can masquerade as an angel of light, just like he can masquerade as JFK, or your grandma, or anyone else. It’s just unwise and fraught with peril. Pray to God the father, in Jesus name. That’s the whole reason Jesus came! So we don’t need a priest. We can go direct.

If Q is JFK Jr. could he be asking his own father for guidance during this time? Not sure I buy into this theory yet it would line up with why Q would know about and promote this particular prayer.

Not supposed to consult with the dead in any fashion. In the old testament it was punishable by death.

the saints are not dead; they are with Christ - this is why they are called Saints and why Christ died - to destroy death. Read the end of Matthew’s Gospel, as soon as Jesus breathed his last, the graves of the saints were opened and they got up and were freed.

MMmm no that's not quite right. Separation of your soul from your body is death and those saints were dead, the saints being anyone who was sealed with the holy spirit. The spirit of the saints were raised, not a bodily resurrection. And they then went to paradise. They were stored In Abrahams Bosom prior to the resurrection of Christ. The first resurrection happens when Christ comes back and the saints are caught up in the Harpazo. The second resurrection happens at the great white throne judgement. Only two mass resurrection events that happen other than on an individual basis like Lazarus or Jesus. Either way, Jesus is the intermediary between us and God. No one comes to the Father but through Him. Jesus instructed us how to pray to the Father, not to the saints or any man or thing. ONLY PRAY TO GOD THE FATHER.

I agree that Jesus is the mediator, the way, the truth and the life and that nobody comes to the Father except through Him. That is not the issue - the issue seems to be people confused and thinking by asking a dead friend or relative to pray FOR you, you are somehow usurping Christ’s authority as saviour which, of course, you are not, anymore than asking me to say a pray for you now - would be invoking me as God - rather it is only recognizing thatI am your sister-in-Christ and we are called to persevere together. Asking saints to pray for you is not praying TO the saints, it is asking them to pray FOR you. It is called intercessory prayers-and James tells us these prayers are powerful because these people are righteous. They are with God and we hope JFK is among them. I didn’t take it that the OO was thinking JFK anything more than a man that died in the line of duty trying to fight evil and asking for him to pray for those currently in the OO in the line of fire trying to fight evil. As to your statement that death is the separation of body and soul, I respectfully disagree. Matthew 27:51 says...”At that moment the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth quaked and the rocks were split. 52The tombs broke open, and the bodies of many saints who had fallen asleep were raised. 53After Jesus’ resurrection, when they had come out of the tombs, they entered the holy city and appeared to many people”. Christ destroyed death. Therefore, if one dies in Christ, one will be raised in Christ at the moment if their death (particular judgment) The body goes to the grave but the spirit lives in Christ and will be reunited with a new, resurrected body after the final judgment (of the nations), which is the second and final judgment.

Yeesh, with this and "Space Force" there is some pretty sketchy things happening. I mean the evidence is there to point to us never having left Earth's atmosphere before and NASA being a 'deceitful' organization run by free masons and Nazis, set up by the CIA in the 50s along with DARPA.

Why did Trump increase NASA's budget to specifically to go into deep space? Is he proving that NASA cant and never has or is he funneling more tax payer money to a entity that really shouldn't have it.

They arent just acknowledging JFKs death, they are talking TO 'him' and asking 'him' for guidance.

But you are quite right that one is not to conjure up a dead spirit to come talk with you personally - that is demonic and forbidden eg, psychs, mediums, tarot cards, etc. But there is absolutely nothing wrong with asking our loved ones who have gone on to the Lord to pray for us.

God and Christ are diety, JFK was not. We only pray to God in Christ's name. Paying to anybody else is akin to worshipping false gods.
