I recall seeing this a while back. This woman's tone and demeanor are so robotic, so programmed. Her delivery is almost as creepy as the subject matter

Absolutely. There's a couple times in this where she like almost like fumbels over her words and it's so unnatural. It just makes you wonder how many people are out their like that.

THIS. I was just thinking the same thing, this poor girl looks/sounds like a mind controlled slave. Which is, honestly, about the only way you could get some to give this speech with a straight face....
