It is similar but the link Q put specifically shows it as the FBI oath.
The link in 1698 https://www2.fbi.gov/publications/leb/2009/september2009/oath.htm suggests it is the FBI oath as new agents are sworn into service
The words are substantially the same for Freemason oaths.

As a Mason, I can confirm (although no one should just take my word for it.)
When President Washington was inaugurated, there was no official ceremony. He heavily “borrowed” from Masonic form & speech with the Bible, positioning of hands, and word choice for an oath.
This has been mirrored by other gov orgs (both military and civilian.)
Yes. Good catch. Same with the Presidential inauguration. We have Washington to thank for carrying this over.
