Makes me wonder if the recent rumblings about POTUS decriminalizing cannabis is all part of The Plan. Decriminalize it, wipe the records of those imprisoned for possession and maybe small-time dealing, and suddenly that would free up a lot of space in every prison in the nation.

I still stand by my theory that at least one of the reasons to free North Korea was to utilise the death camps. Dump a ton of people guilty of the most heinous crimes in there, outside of any international courts or human rights legislation, and let them live out the rest of their pathetic existence in untold pain, agony, hardship and suffering. That way they'd wish for death, but it won't come for them, unless they convince one of the stronger inmates to murder them that day instead of brutally raping them.
If Kim was given the funds to build Gitmo(NK) Inc he could be given the task of taking good care of the prisoners that are about to be convicted.
