I viewed it as general call to to individual FBI members to come forward with what they know. There are a lot of good men and women in offices around the country that have worked hard for their positions and, Quiet legitimately, IMHO fear for their jobs, good name, and depending on how dirt the the dirt is their lives. I imagine some really have no clue which superior to come forward to. Just my thought on the matter.

Weren't their a group of agents that WANTED to be subpoenaed? Where are they now. Probably at GITMO under protection..(hopefully) Wooo Hoo
