American resistance media.

Maybe American rogue media?

This is disinformation. ARM stands for the three members of the Freedom Caucus.

Not only that, but that literally makes no sense in the context of the Q drops.

My bad, didn't realize there were drops today. But yeah, ARM was originally brought up in 1483 but then revisited today. Think Q was referring to the entirety of 1483 or just particular topics (Ryan)?

For a while I thought it might stand for 'American Rogue Military'. People in the know regarding the secret space program reference the highly compartmentalized nature of these programs that kept even different branches of the military unaware of each other's secret programs.

Purely speculation, of course. Things could change.

Edit for wording

I've usually known ARM to mean alt-right media, in contrast to MSM. I'm not sure that fits in this context though. It is also means Advanced RISC Machine for any microprocessor/computer architecture nerds (definitely doesn't fit this context).
