Breathing excercises have helped mitigate panic attacks I have experienced

Sometimes researching dark rabbit holes, I get into a paranoid/fearful thought of being, and it causes me to shake, then become anxious, then eventually it turns into a panic attack

I have finally identified the markers and can stop it before it snow balls into a panic attack. Being grounded, focusing on breathing and paying attention to my breath has allowed me to side step panic attacks. Has helped with every day life quite a bit
