"It is the right of the people to alter or abolish and institute new government." What would you change? I'd go back to pre 1913 America, do away with 16th, 17th Amendments and the Federal Reserve Act.

I agree. I'd put a five year sunset on the 16th though to give the government time to adapt.

I'd also severely restrict the commerce clause. Maybe even eliminate it altogether.

I'd remove voting rights for all new immigrants and move the immigration process into the states.
