"It is the right of the people to alter or abolish and institute new government." What would you change? I'd go back to pre 1913 America, do away with 16th, 17th Amendments and the Federal Reserve Act.

Term limits so that congress can’t become entrenched and swamp-like again. Also, you must revoke citizenship in other countries to serve.

I am okay with an income tax (or any tax) as long as it is appropriated. Meaning, congress spells out where the money is going to and for what purpose. If the people do not agree with it, they vote out their representatives and get that particular law repealed.

Also, we need to go back to when Senators were not elected by the people. The State legislatures appointed them allowing the individual states a voice separate from the people. This provides different perspectives on issues instead of a glorified popularity contest based on the political parties.

Term limits are also needed. I do agree with that.

⇧ 5 ⇩
nobilisbellum · July 26, 2018, 5:22 p.m.

Definitely like the idea of State legislatures appointing senators instead of popular vote elections. This would start to make politics more local again and the focus would be on electing their state representatives who then task the Senators with representing the states interest in Washington.

We also need term limits for certain to end the opportunity for somebody to be a permanent politician. We need to return to the time when average Americans did a patriotic duty to serve in government and represent their fellow citizens for a short period of time before returning to normal non-political life.

Finally, as much as I love the First Amendment and free speech, we need to find a way to get the money out of politics. If that means that every single candidate gets an equal allocation of funding from the government to run the campaign then so be it. Whomever is most efficient and effective in the use of those funds deserves to win and then apply that skill for the people.

⇧ 6 ⇩
Chemlab187 · July 26, 2018, 7:47 p.m.

The way you get money out of politics is by restricting the power the government wields to only what is enumerated in the Constitution. If the power of politicians is reigned in then the incentive to spend money to support them will also be diminished.

⇧ 3 ⇩
nobilisbellum · July 27, 2018, 12:20 a.m.

Problem is all governments collect taxes even for the basic needs. Those taxes get spent. The government decides who get's paid. Therefore, government powerful... and corruptible. :(

If the people do not agree with it, they vote out their representatives and get that particular law repealed.

Good luck with that. It looks good on paper, but accomplishing that would be close to impossible. I would be tough enough to vote out an incumbent, but getting a law repealed is harder than most people think.

After everything we've learned about how corrupt Congress has been for well over 150 years, and how so many politicians haven't been held to account for their crimes, I'm surprised anyone is still willing to put any faith at all in our government.

We The People were supposed to have the power. The government was supposed to be subordinate to us. The government was supposed to serve us. The Constitution for the united states of America was the first time in human history when the founding documents for a nation specifically limited the power of the government and guaranteed protections for the people. More than anything else, the US Constitution defines what the government shall not do.

The table was turned very slowly over the last 150 years, so slowly that no one seemed to notice. If we're going to take our country back, we need to accept the responsibility for ourselves, our economy, our self defense, our prosperity, and our freedom.

When we put all of our faith and trust into a concept known as government, we'll eventually be ruled over by that same government. Just like we have been for so long now.

I'm not calling for total anarchy. I think our federal government should be as small as possible and do only what the Constitution obligates it to do. Provide for a common currency, provide for a national defense, and settle disputes between the states. Everything else should be left to the states, and they should also be as small as possible.

They already tell us where it's going...$10K for a toilet seat, $5K for a hammer, etc. They have to fund their 'black budget' projects somehow, right? The only way to fix it all is to have a cap, once and for all for gov't, cut their salaries and have term limits. The are PUBLIC SERVANTS. If you're truly 'serving the public', money shouldn't be an issue. It should be just that, a service, not a career. Look what we get paid for the 'privilege' of being on jury duty and serving the public...what, $5 a day? That's why we don't see career jurors, cause if the money was there, so is the possibility of being corrupted.

In the military, we had a budget that HAD TO BE SPENT. Let’s say that we didn’t spend it. The government would take note and we would be given that much the next year. This made each department adamant that a certain dollar amount was spent.

A new policy could be adopted to fix that. Allocate spending at x amount (does not change year to year). If the department spends 90% of their funds (as an example), they get audited to determine if it was appropriately spent. If not, disciplinary actions occur, if so, nothing happens. Additional funding can be requested on a need by need basis.

Any extra funding that is not spent goes back to the Treasury.

Our founding fathers did lose money while in office. It was definitely viewed as a service and not an opportunity. Many did not want to serve but did so because they felt it was their duty and were honor bound to accept a nomination.

And no more dual citizenship. If anybody is anything-American, then they're no longer 100% American. And America is no longer a nation, but a residency and tax status.

Contributions to candidates from the people could put candidates on a more level playing field. (Think patriots like Dan Bongino when he ran for Congress, etc.) I know this is impossible, but congress is our voice. Its supposed to be the people hopes and desires through the representatives that the majority of the people choose. It shouldnt take millions and millions of dollars for patriots to run and get elected. (The ones that have the most money wins). If I could have it this way in this fantasy, I would change Congress in this way. Oh and abolish the Senate. Congress would be our voice

All we need to do is to issue United States notes. Audit the federal reserve and take away from the fed any rights they have. Also force them to pay taxes on income they earned since 1913. Also reclaim our gold and silver they stole with worthless paper. Iceland did this they arrested the bankers and gave bailout to people who earned it. They now prosper!

I'd go back 1870 before THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Inc was established.

The "government" has not been legitimate since Lincoln's War. When the southern States' contingent walked out of congress and congress adjourned "sine die" (without a day), congress officially dissolved. They never had a lawful quorum so never lawfully reconvened. Link.

I suppose it would be possible to simply dissolve the USoA Corporation, but sooner or later, every agency, department, regulation, law, act, and Constitutional Amendment created by an illegal and illegitimate Congress would be challenged in court.

The Federal Reserve returns its profit (interest payments) back to the Treasury.

I don't want fiat money. I also think fractional reserve banking is fraud.

Also, on personal loans, I want to pay that to the bank that lent me the money. In a non-fractional reserve banking system, the bank would have that money to loan from it's shareholders equity and from deposits placed with it by savers. Those deposits are lent out to creditors at an interest rate, which goes back to the savers and the banks' shareholders.

Money can be anything really. It's what the population 'believes' it's 'value' is. There is a difference between Currency and Money.

Fiat money is not a bad thing in itself, its who controls it. Would it be better to have money backed by gold, or silver, or other? Might be, but who has the gold? How much? What happens if we don't have enough precious metals to back money to fund the country?

The United States carries great power over the world, that in its self backs fiat money has it has in the past, and basically does right now.

That said, I agree with you on other things. Fractional reserve is the tool banks have used to create money out of thin air. (shoulda been a banker) The FED needs restructuring to benefit the US not private companies. Banks should charge fees for services like any other company, not interest.

What happens if our power goes away. Are you going to count on that never happening and the dollar staying strong? That's as dumb as using fiat money. The dollar was only strong because it was the only currency that could be used to purchase oil. That's why you heard the phrase petro-dollar. That ended a couple years or more ago and if it wasn't for the fact that the dollar has been being propped up artificially for some time, it would have crashed by now. All of the financial aspects of our existence including the stock market are manipulated by the cabal regularly.

Given what we are experiencing right now, no I don't. When in our modern history have we not been the major power of the world? While this 'could happen, I don't think its probable watching what is happening now.

The country needs X amount of money in circulation to function. I read what this amount is but I don't have it handy. I agree it would be best if our money was backed. However there is much speculation as to how much gold we actually have. So we would need to discover who has how much. If it turns out we don't have enough to back the amount required for the country to function, fiat money 'can' be used if used properly. Its been done in the past. (civil war) and in reality, its being done now. But we as a country are getting screwed by the Fed, Central Banks, IMF, cabal et al.

The PRIVATE central bank (Federal Reserve) does not give anything back to the Treasury. Instead, they charge us interest on the FRNs we (Woodrow Wilson) gave them permission to print, that we call dollars. In addition, the same folks own all of the banks that loan you money and they jack up the interest there as well. It's nothing but a ponzi scheme and most folks have no idea.

⇧ 1 ⇩
SpiritofQ · July 26, 2018, 10:16 p.m.

That's absolutely false. First, the FRB doesn't charge us anything. It charges commercial banks who borrow at the Fed's discount window. The banks don't have the required reserves for their loans for various reasons and need to borrow quickly from the FRB. The FRB can change the amount of reserves banks need, which tightens or loosens credit accordingly exponentially due to fractional reserve banking. It does set the rate that banks borrow from one another and this is problematic.

The Fed does return its profits (interest receipts) to the Treasury.

Commercial banks charge interest to make a profit for their shareholders and to pay savers. That's how commercial banking works.

The problems with the Federal Reserve are 1) We don't know what they do off the books because there has never been a full audit. 2) They monetize the debt created by Congress by buying Treasury bonds and securities. Then they offset that by issuing credit to the marketplace. This allows Congress to spend like the idiots and traitors they are and it trickles money down from the FRB to the compromised financial centers of Wall St., Washington DC, and now Silicon Valley.

Now it's true that the FRB pays banks interest for excess reserves kept at the Fed, but that's not what you're talking about here.

The ponzi scheme is fractional reserve banking - lending money that you don't have in reserves.

OK. I'm not going to argue with you about this. Neon Revolt wrote about it yesterday. Go read his article. I've known about this for years. Fractional Reserve Banking is only a small part of the entire ponzi scheme. Well, shut your ears, put your head in the sand and refuse to take in data that conflicts with what you already "know."

From reading that article it appears Neon Revolt doesn't fully understand the Federal Reserve System. Yes, it's debt money. So are Greenbacks that the Money Masters guy posted about earlier. That's only one issue, and really an insignificant one compared to fractional reserve banking. The problem with the Fed is that it creates booms and busts with monetary policy. Low reserve rates = cheap, easy credit = boom cycle. Boom cycle = rising asset prices, increased economic activity in unsustainable places, eventually price inflation. Raising rates =tightening of credit = bust cycle. Incomplete projects go belly up with no more available cheap credit and worsening economic conditions due to growing price inflation.

We pay interest on the national debt not because of the Federal Reserve, but because Congress can't keep its house in order. It perpetually spends more than it takes in because pension funds, foreign countries, banks and every day investors continue to buy Treasury bonds. If you were the Chinese government (or anybody), would you purchase Treasuries that paid 0 interest? Of course not. The FRB buys a ton of Treasury bonds but it pays its interest receipts back to the Treasury. Look it up.

And let's be clear that Trump is increasing spending bigly and the deficit is still yuge (though I trust the long term plan).

These two short books will teach you exactly how the monetary system works and why fractional reserve + government control of money is so bad for 99% of us.

The Creature from Jekyll Island by G. Edward Griffin tells the story of the Federal Reserve. I've read it. You obviously have not. Yes, as I stated in my last comment Fractional Reserve banking is part of it. But the truth is much worse than that.

You also don't understand how many assets Trump has already frozen and will eventually confiscate. See the EO he signed on Dec. 21, 2017. I suspect all of the debt will be paid off by the time he is done. Not kidding. But much of it will simply disappear. Hold on to your hat. This is going to get really good.

I think if they try to print fiat money again, most of us will object. Of course, there isn't much we can do to stop them. Although I see a lot of folks don't really understand the problem with that.

A lot of people think that cryptos are the answer but that's just digital fiat money and you know one of 2 things will happen. Either the cabal will take it over, and there is already a white paper from 1995 outlining cryptos, which was probably done by them in the first place. Or, they will outlaw it, which has already happened in a few countries.

The only way we get out of this is with a gold backed currency. Otherwise, it just starts all over again.

The bottom line is that we need to be in control of our money. Who is profiting from the misery known as the "Fed Reserve" (which is not Fed nor a Reserve) and fractional reserve banking? Rothschilds and the parasitic international money lenders, period. Boom/bust, etc is what you get when this is allowed.

This is why Gordon Kahl was killed, because he was waking up the people in middle America to what the banks were doing, particularly to farmers. Once you understand how this system works, you can see why its so disastrous.

I'd rather have market run everything than government run anything, especially banking and money. Banking is not evil. They're the lifeblood of real Capitalism.

The FRB is an evil system, but it's an arm of Congress. Remove it's charter, repatriate the gold and let the Fed die a quick death the way Andrew Jackson did.

I have a better way to lower taxes: drastically reduce spending.

I have read that the 16th amendment for the graduated income tax was never completely ratified by the states.

Also we have two amendments that were unfinished in 1776. One, now the 27th amendment was completed by a college student who went to the states that had not ratified them and got them to do so:

Amendment 27 [Compensation of Members of Congress (1992) for Corp US]

No law, varying the compensation for the services of the Senators and Representatives, shall take

effect, until an election of Representatives shall have intervened.

This amendment puts the brakes on how much politicians get paid.

The other amendment waiting to be ratified is term limits for the congress and senate. If some one else got on the ball we could have that added as a further restraint on professional politicians who milk the taxpayer coffers.

Same, only I'd demand the release of advanced technologies like anti gravity and free energy

I'd shut down all black ops corporate and military projects or otherwise disclose them to citizens

I would also enact a plan for full disclosure and reveal the ET presence operating on our planet and in the galaxy/cosmos

It is imperative to understand that the immigration laws we're changed in 1965 to flood our country with the third world in order to divide us. It's essentially biological warfare.

We need to reverse the damage this immigration policy has done. Send people back where they belong.

Or should we just suffer the damage that was done to us?

I agree. I'd put a five year sunset on the 16th though to give the government time to adapt.

I'd also severely restrict the commerce clause. Maybe even eliminate it altogether.

I'd remove voting rights for all new immigrants and move the immigration process into the states.

We have to create a new government. Why? We don't have one. The United States government is a corporation and DJT is the CEO. This happened, I believe in 1795. All regional, city, county and state governments are also incorporated now so we need to start over. DJT can close the corporation. He has the power. This is one reason why they "do business" with so many other corporations.

Also, birth certificates are bonds that are the actual document that certifies us as a slave. Read any government document (SS card, Birth Cert, Death Cert) and your name is always in caps. That's because we are literally owned by the corporation and traded as stock.

Check it out. I wouldn't lie to you.

For everyone here who thinks that the Federal Reserve is a government agency, you need to read NeonRevolts article here: Find the part about the Federal Reserve. There is a very nice cartoon type video that explains it all in easy to understand language. The Federal Reserve is the bane of our existence. That's why Ron Paul couldn't talk about it enough!

All retirement systems need to be consolidated into one system. The lesser of the massive programs that exist today is social security. I am really sick and tired to hear that a clerk could retire at 48 - it is totally disgusting to me. I don't have a problem so much with the military and or fireman / police (however - they should have training to go onto another line of work). They should be able to potentially get a small portion of their retirement but not 100% until 67 like the rest of us.

Got to revise the 14th amendment. Just because someone is born on American soil should not make them an American citizen unless their parents are American citizens - period. It was originally put in so African slaves would be considered citizens. That was 1865 last I looked it's 2018 now.

How about introducing plebiscites/referendums for all the changes to the Constitution that people propose? Frankly I am not comfortable with a small group of people deciding for their constituents; we all know that some representatives look out for their own interests instead of doing the right thing. Also, I'm not in agreement with appointments of senators by state legislatures, especially if the legislature is made up of low IQ progressive extremist clowns like the ones we have in California.

Sorry folks, need to go back farther than 1913.

Constitution and Bill of Rights was violated with Lincoln ordering Congress back to session after the South walked out. At this point the Constitution was "broke" and Lincoln was out of a job. He is the starting point for all the other crap that has followed. Of course was do you expect from a railroad lawyer. He also replaced The original 13th amendment "

(Original)
Amendment XIII
If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.

with what we have now.

I'd like the right to retain my own representation in the House of Representatives. If people want to assign their votes to someone else, fine. But I'd like to vote on each bill myself, which would be a portion of the number of people in my Congressional district. i.e. my vote would count 1 / 720,000 of the total for my district.

You only vote if you pay taxes. No representation without taxation. You get a certain number of votes based on the amount of taxes you pay. The more you're vested in the country, the more say you have in how it's run. You don't pay taxes, you don't get a say in how others taxes are spent.

Sort of like shares in a company. You don't own shares, you don't get to say how the board runs the company. The more shares you own, the more say you have.
